This page provides you with the links to our ticket system. We use the OTRS ticket system.
Prefered way: log in with your Enterprise Lab login here: in the OTRS. You can create new or view pending tickets by click to the "Ticket" tab (upper left corner).
Send an ordinary email to ticket[put here an at sign]enterpriselab.ch or help[put here an at sign]enterpriselab.ch.
You are also wellcome to visit us at Suurstoffi 1, Haus A, 8th floor, ask for the Enterprise Lab Team. This is the preferred way if you have a complex problem to solve. We will sit together and find a solution.
